Meeting Minutes
December 20, 2011
The meeting was opened at 6:05 p.m.
Present: P. Murphy, S. Wechsler, C. Keville and G. Thompson
Chairman: B. Kelley
Normal Business:
- Minutes – The minutes for December 13, 2011 were read. A correction to a date was made and the minutes were accepted.
- ATB - The board will meet with the owner of 10 Annapolis Way to discuss the case scheduled for February 16, 2012.
- Office work - The board was notified that Carrie, Budd & Ginny were in the office last Friday to organize. Paperwork found to be unnecessary was discarded. The finance department has asked Carrie to sign an acknowledgement of her personnel information. A note of her past employment 1/4/1999 – 7/31/2005 was added.
- Mail – An Expenditure Report was reviewed. Noted, the expense budget is at 60%. Carrie was asked to check into the payroll %. The board was notified that a holiday party is scheduled on 12/22/2011 at noon.
New Business: Carrie asked the board’s opinion on addresses created for Wilshire Road fka 24, 26 & 28 Rolfes Lane.
Peter motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Sandy seconded the motion. The motion passed with all in favor.
